One month agoI bought aToshibaSatellite850-31M.It has anx64processor,16 GB ofRAMandI have2 hard drives,thec:an SSDof500 GBand other of 1 Tb hardisk, configured asD:.It has aGeForceGT630Mgraphics cardwith2 GBof RAM.W8operating system.
I wanted to trytheAdobePremiereProCS6andI downloadedthe trial version.No problem,until I triedto import avideointhesource window.Appearsa smallwindow thatsays"importing"and givetoplayinthe source windowand start.Audiobe heard, butnot the image.I've trieddifferent video formatsandalways the same.The samevideoareseamlesslyQuick Timeand othervideoviewers.....I do not knowwhat to do,I think I'vetried everything,even restartthecomputer to itsfactory settings andinstall AdobePremierevacuumand the problemremains.Itested with atrialofPremiereCS5.5andgot it.You hearthe audiobut novideo.Insertthe videointhe timelineand recognizes it assuch,eventhe first frame,butsaid, is not seeingin the "source", norinthepreview,only the audio.
What couldit be?Am Iyou couldlend a handI'mdesperate?
