Hello Gurus,
I have a problem with PP CS5. When I try and export to a wmv PP crashes.
This happens as soon as I select Windows Media in the Export Settings window. No problem exporting to any of the other formats that I've tried. I've been able to export to wmv in the past so something has changed somewhere. I did install Windows Media Encoder and I suspect that this may be the source of my grief but I thought I check around first before leaping to a conclusion.
PC running Win7 64
Intel i7 with 12gb ram
