Some reason everytime i try to add an effect like diffuse. denoise or magic bullet looks. and try to preview the video with the effect on.. the video starts to play very slow, laggy & sometimes takes like 30 seconds before it starts to play for a good second and freeze again. On NVidia Contro Panel i set the setting to use Nvidia graphics card for adobe premiere pro but still slow

source of one video loaded onto adobe premiere is this:
1920 x 1080
Bitrate: 32000kbps
29 FPS
I can play it fine on adobe premiere preview windows with no effects. but as soon as i add an effect on the video it will preview the video very laggy.
Last thing i tried was this hack
http://www.studio1productions.com/Articles/PremiereCS5-2.htm
"
1. Open the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6\cuda_supported_cards.txt text file
2. Add "GeForce GTX 670M" (without the parentheses and spelled exactly the same, ie. case sensitive) to the bottom of the list
3. Save the file
4. Re-open Premiere CS6 and tada! 'Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA)' is now available from the previously greyed out 'Video Rendering and Playback' drop down list
I'm not sure if there are any negative side effects of doing this so do it at your own risk. I haven't had any issues so far though"

Now the video wont even display at all. Just black. so i have to switch it bck to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.
