I created a Lower Thirds Sequence via Quicktime PNG and a still PNG. There are 3 components, the Intro quicktime clip, a stills PNG so I can adjust the time duration of the Lower Thirds, and an Outro quicktime clip. Over all of that is a Title for the person's name.
The question is, how can I make this export this into an editable object or nested sequence? I want to be able to just drop the entire thing into any video and just have to worry about adjusting the duration of the Lower Thirds and the text.
