Latest Premiere Pro CC 2018 version will not launch

Hi,

I am running the latest version of Premiere Pro CC 2018 on OSX Sierra. All of a sudden, the application will not launch. The loading graphic appears for a few seconds and then disappears and the app gives no errors or messages. I even tried renaming application support files, preferences files, and the folder in "documents" as "old". Still does nothing. In fact after renaming, the loading graphic doesn't even come up.

I even uninstalled Premiere twice and reinstalled through the CC app.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated. I essentially dont have Premiere Pro anymore because of this.
