Below is a screenshot of an error message I get everytime I start up Premiere Pro (v 13.0.1). Does anyone know how to resolve this?
The message doesn't offer any route to resolving the problem, and if I understand correctly the message is telling me that the unavailable fonts are in fact Adobe fonts? (AdobeClean-Bold, AdobeClean-Regular)

Boa tarde toda vez que vou exportar o video no adobe premiere pro, tanto o 2018 quanto o 2019 no formato vertical (1080 x 1920) formato para celular exporta normal porém, quando vou reproduzir no meu celular ele fica em tela preta só sai áudio. Gostaria de uma ajuda com este problema pois faço muito material neste formato.
I'm an assistant editor working on a feature length documentary for which there are multiple editors. I ran into a problem with sharing our trailer edit sequences between projects in which we tried to bring it in from one of our editing projects into our master project. Unfortunately, it wouldn't come in without duplicating all of the media. We had learned about writing xmps to the files on import to avoid this issue but we had not realized that you can also overwrite and convolute those files if multiple editors are importing files into their own projects with that setting clicked on.
We are now being much more vigilant about only my machine with the master project having that setting selected and have made a strict no importing rule for any other editor. Going forward my hope is that this will solve our problem. However, as there doesn't seem to be any way to undo our past problem this trailer edit is now marooned in a separate project.
We have discussed this issue at length on the phone with the Adobe support team (case ADB-1168212-M1V5) and we're told at the end of every call that they did not have a solution for this issue as of yet but that their engineers we're working and promised to implement a fix for it in the next Premiere Pro update. Both Avid and FCPX have have solid media management solutions to this issue and Premiere was continuing lag behind in this aspect.
Now that the new update has come and we have made another phone call, we have confirmed that in fact this update has not fixed our problem. We have been told the same thing that we we're told last time, which is that the solution is to covert our project to a Team Project. We are not using Team Projects because it's too expensive for the 5 editors on this project who would all need to get a Team Projects license to use the feature.
It is definitely frustrating to feel like you've been lied to and hopefully other people who are in this situation will chime in and we can get Premiere to stop focusing on adding new fonts and instead make Premiere's media management solution more on par with it's competitors.
When I try to export a project from Premiere Pro CC18 to the Media Encoder, nothing happens?
The Media Encoder doesn't load to project from PP.
The only way that I can get a project rendered, is straight out of PP, which of course means
that I can't keep working in PP, while the rendering is going on, which is a bit of issue,
considering the time it takes to render a bigger project in various rederings.
Hope somebody can help me out?

I've used Premier Pro CS3 for years, but I've finally made
the leap to the current version to be able to do multi-camera
view editing with more then 4 cameras, but I'm stuck. I've
tried to find help in tutorials but I'm still having trouble getting
a multi-camera view display up for editing. I imported 6 camera
angles in my latest project, synced the footage with markers,,
enabled multi-camera editing,,, etc. But I'm missing something,,
and can't get a multi-camera view visible so I can play and
edit in real time. Is there a tutorial for this somewhere? The
tutorials I'm seeing are just putting elements in a linear
fashion on track 1 of the timeline. I need to import, sync, play
and edit multiple tracks at once, as I always have.

So, here is the thing.
Im new to PP and Im editing 4k 60FPS Footage (shot with GoPro Hero 6 Black) and whenever I want to preview something its extremly laggy, even the music lags. Preview Resolution is set to 1/2 (1/4 isnt better as well). Memory Preference is set to Performance (Memory didnt help) and 26GB of my 32 are reserved for PP only (currently using 12GB).
System:
32GB RAM
GTX 1080Ti
intel i7-7700K
Dont really now what to do, maybe the system is to weak to give me a floating preview without waiting, but I thought that it would be strong enough.

Trying to add captions to a video I made earlier in the year with the latest update of Premiere CC and having massive issues. The captions layer appears in my timeline however the small black bars which usually appear and allow you to move the individual lines of text into position along the project, are either absent when I drag the captions into the sequence, or when i try to adjust their position they disappear completely.
Further to this issue, the captions i have typed do not appear in the programme monitor. I have ensured that the closed captions are enabled in the programme monitor settings AND that the type of caption i.e. CEA-708/608, matches those selected in the programme monitor settings. Still does not appear? I dont know if I am being very stupid but I have never had this issue previously and as a result of this failing I tried to add open captions and had the same issues.

So here's the story, I left work on Friday with my machine running great. I came in on Monday and Premiere's interface has been lagging horribly ever since I logged in. If I click on a menu the highlighted items lag a few seconds behind where my mouse is. When I click around on the timeline the playhead follows a few seconds behind. Anything you do it lags behind. In the video example below you'll see the kind of lag I'm talking about.
Obviously it's impossible to work this way so I've pretty much tried everything I can think of to resolve it, including editing in Resolve instead lol
It seems to be strictly related to Premiere because After Effects is running great and Resolve is playing back 4k flawlessly. No other issues with my machine.
Here's what I've tried:
-Restarting computer
-Shutting down computer
-Trashing preferences
-Shutting down my Blackmagic UltraStudio4k
-I'm currently running Premiere 12.1.2 but I've installed Premiere 13.01 as well and it acts exactly the same.
The computer is a beast so it shouldn't be anything to do with specs, but here they are just in case:

36 gb DDR 3 RAM
240 ssd system disc
6 TB Raid hard drive
Nvidia Geforce 660 2 GB
windows 10 pro
when I open my project and play on my timeline I can only hear the audio. The video is blocked and I can not do anything.
And RAM, see picture 2, seems to be locked, the graphics shows a flat line.
The problem is from my graphics card ???...I'm using different video formats in the timeline (MXF, MP4, MTS)
somebody help me.

I downloaded a few free stock templates from adobe for Premiere. I'm using the latest version. I've installed them so they show up in my essential graphics panel but I can't do anything with them. I can't drag them on my timeline, edit them nothing. I don't understand why I can drag the templates that come pre-installed but I can't drag these new ones on? What am I doing wrong?
My video plays fine in Premiere, but when I export it all of the cuts seem to glitch for a frame or two, almost as if the two clips are blending together (see below). I've been having this issue for several days now. All my programs are up-to-date and I've tried restarting my computer several times. It happens when I export from both Premiere and Media Encoder. I've tried unchecking 'Enable hardware accelerated decoding', since I read it has been the source for glitches in the past. No such luck.
I am operating on a MacPro, late 2013, Mojave 10.14

The 2017.1 release of PPRO has a option for "Custom Touch Bar..." under the Premiere Pro CC menu.
What it seems to offer is a few (about 4 or 5) pre-selected commands that can be mapped to the Touch Bar.
They are different, depending on the context from which you enter the "Custom Touch Bar..." mode, but the choice is always very limited.
Looking for ways to expand on those commands -- to be able to bring any command down to the Touch Bar.
Is that possible?

i've an older 3' clip of uncompressed quicktime video with IMA 1:4 compressed audio track on it.
quicktime solo plays the clip without problems.
Ppro imports the clip and plays it without problems.
Ppro cc18 plays the clip , but there is no audio signal reckognized
media encoder CC18 doesn't show audio tracks
neither did after effects or daVinci ressolve.
please help

I haven't been able to find any information related to my issue.
I have had this issue for some time and never needed to fix it, but now I am working on a project with a lot of RED footage and this issue is adding hours to the work.
In the master clip settings there is a button labelled "Auto Balance" in the "White Balance" drop down option. When I click the "Auto Balance" button, a window pops up but the footage does not load into the window.
- I am running the latest version of Premiere Pro CC 2017, this issue was with previous versions as well (all 2017 and 2015 versions that I tried).
- I have a Maxwell Titan X with latest drivers, this issue was with previous drivers as well.
- I have the latest beta of REDCINE X PRO installed but I had the issue with the full release REDCINE X Pro as well.
- I am running Windows 10 Pro x64 with all updates, I had this issue all the way back to before installing any updates on the system.

I've recently had a problem while trying to create proxies of C200 Raw files. They'll start in Media Encoder, but after awhile they just stop. The elapsed time fails to continue, the estimated time doesn't change. It just freezes. I have to force close the application to do anything inside the application again.
I have an MSI Laptop with i7-6700HQ, 16gb ram, and 1060 running Windows 10.
Any insight would be appreciated. Raw files on this computer in Premiere chug.
Photo is good quality for first second of video then changes to low-quality (can't read text). Is there a simple solution?
I set scale value 0 to 105 and then to 100.(during 30 frame)
And I set opacity value 0 to 100 (during 30 frame)
And I wanted to change the opacity value more forward. So i move the value 100, 15 frame forward.
Without a word, totally irrelevant Scale Value fixed 105, not 100.
I think this is new bug in 2019 version, opacity value affect scale value.

I currently am using PP CC 2019 but this has been a problem for over a year. When I use the built in gradient the transition works fine. This is on a Windows 10 Machine.
If, however, I use a custom gradient on a nested clip the transition will hard cut in part of the clip. I've tried my own gradients and also packs such as 'Harry's Grads' to no avail.
I have no idea why this happens, it seems to work fine on a single Text Graphic but with nested clips and .png images it glitches out. This issue does not happen if I use the built in gradient.
I am trying to export a sequence with a open captions block attached using Adobe Media Encoder.
The exported file does not have the captions burnt in. I can see that the captions is not attached also in the preview window of AME. I have tried setting captions to "burn into video" in the captions panel in the export window.
