When I export media at a higher quality, after selecting preset Vimeo 1080 then selecting attributes like VBR,2 pass, render at maximum depth and use maximum render quality I get a few frames that have glitches, weird colour changes? SEE attached pics.

 

So in the images below the good image on top is preset Vimeo 1080, the second mage below it is preset Vimeo 1080 plus all the other higher quality attributes mentioned above!

 

It doesn't happen if i just select a preset by itself like Vimeo 1080 and none of the other attributes mentioned above...so whats causing this?

I've seen people record at extremely high frame rates, and even though Youtube has a cap of 60, it's significantly more smoother than a standard 60fps video. Why is this? I believe it may have something to do with motion blur or RSMB or something, and if so, how do I do it myself for butter smooth videos which are yet at 60fps? I've had a lot of questions and I've never started a discussion on a forum before, so please cut me some slack if I'm missing any forum formalities. I only started using Premiere Pro around 1 week ago, so if it's an incredibly simple answer, don't judge! Here is an example of what I am talking about:

Image is very contrast and saturated in Premiere CC 2019 on iMac Pro!

I check “Enable Display Color Management” (in Preferences - General), color of the video has become natural, but the contrast has remained very strong.

In the video player, the image is correct when I look before or after export of video. In DaVinci Resolve there is same problem.

 

Just recently switched to iMac from Windows. Is this a software problem or an operating system problem?

Help me understand and solve this problem.

Hi,

 

I am hoping someone can help. I recently shot some video on my new iPhone and have copied the files onto my computer. When I imported the video into PP the message came up saying that the codec for hevc would be installed and it would then be usable. However this hasn't been the case, the file that gets imported has no video and only sound.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? A solution would be greatly appreciated!

Hello People,

 

My Lumetri looks screen is the only one that folds up. All the others like the LUTS menu opens downwards. To import some custom looks for example i'd have to put my premiere on the bottom of my screen.

If I put my premiere on the screen I have above my main screen it folds down as normal. Is there any way to fix this? Resetting workspace or unchecking import workspace from projects don't seem to work.

When I render a video, the intel integrated HD grapics card PEGS at 99 percent on the performance monitor.  While my Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB only runs at about 20 percent. 

 

How can I make Adobe only use the GTX?

 

Yes I already have Cuda enabled, and it does see my GPU.

 

I render 10 how long 4K videos for my YouTube channel, and I'm in desperate need of reduced rendering times.

 

My rendering laptop is an Asus Apache Pro with an I7 - 6700 HQ and the GTX 1060 6GB and 12 Gigs of Ram with SSD, and 1tb storage drive.  I save all files on the SSD, and then export the video to the storage drive.

Hey guys

 

I want to hide the dock and use Premiere Pro in full screen! So i know that there is an option on my MacBook to auto hide the dock but I want to keep it on place and only when I open Premiere Pro in full screen to hide.

I already tried the auto hide dock option and it works perfect but its very annoying when I need to put the arrow on place of the dock to show it.

Clip dosnt disappear when Opacity is at 0%

I have a collage of a couple particle layers, with a lots of blends in the edit. If the clip is over in the timeline you can still see a light changing in the picture, so there is not a completely fade to 0%.

 

I deleted the rendered files and tried different blendmodes. Im working with keyframes and negativ multiplicaion in the opacity mode.

 

Does anyone have experience with that?

Hi I'm new there,my english is bad,hope you guys can understand me.

I have a problem when I preview my image sequence. It's just stuck all the time.

But it's smooth when I import other video footage and preview it.

It bothers me all day.

Hey, so recently (within the past couple weeks), Premiere has been acting odd. This doesn't happen all the time but when it happens, it seems to be when I click a different part of the timeline.

 

The preview monitor will freeze, the keyboard shortcut for play will become unresponsive, and a few other things will stop working.

However, I can still trim on the timeline, any tool changing keyboard shortcuts still works, and saving seems to work fine, among other things.

 

The only way to get out of this is to force close the program.

 

Because I can save, it doesn't effect the project much other than it slows me down a whole ton.

 

Any thoughts on what's going on?

 

I'm currently on the latest version (v13.0) and I am using a Huawei Matebook X Pro i7 with the MX150.

Hi was using Mettle Skybox plugins with no problems in the older version of Premiere. Now, after the update I get the "this effect requires gpu acceleration" on screen. The GPU Acceleration (CUDA) is on.

If I open the old version of Premiere (17) the Mettle Plugins are gone.

GPU Drivers updated to latest driver

 

Windows 10 latest update

Ryzen 7 1700

GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB VRAM

 

Please please please I'm halfway through a project

anyone have any ideas what is causing this? it plays audio fine but the video doesn't play. video plays fine in after effects and media encoder. I exported from timeline to encoder and it shows there and I created an AE comp from within premier and it played fine in AE. It just doesn't show in premier. My system windows 10. All updated. nvidoa Quadro m5000 card.

 

I installed Nvidia cuda toolkit and after that it does this..tried install and reinstall.  If anyone can help thank you!

I am a new Premiere Pro user and just learning about the Essential Graphics panel.  I was working with the sample files from the Lynda.com series, and found my way to the motion graphics templates on the Essential Graphics panel with no problem.  However, I am unable to hover scrub over any of the motion graphics templates (I've tried several that I am pretty sure do include motion) and Premiere Pro will not allow me to drag and drop any of the templates onto my timeline.

 

Everything else that I've tried to with Premiere Pro has been working normally, so I'm pretty sure this is some simple setting that I've overlooked.

Hello.

The error "A low level exception occured in Lumetri Color (AEVideoFilter)" keeps appearing in every projects, and it prevents me from exporting my videos (Error compiling movie). Looking at the error tab, there is a long list and the time stamp where the error occured. It's written "(AEVideoFilter:13)"

I'm using windows, Premiere pro 2018 (ver. 12.1.2).

The error doesn't appear when i use another laptop.

Hey guys,

 

I want to create a stop motion and I've got my jpeg's ready.

I imported all of the pictures and they're on the correct order on my timeline, yet the video shows something different. It's like premiere decided to seperate the picture name and the content of the pictures, mixed everything up, delete some pictures and repeat others?. In the video it also seems to have blank screens in between some pictures.

 

Any idea what the problem might be? Im using Premiere Pro CC 2019. Thanks in advance!

 

Note: Im used to some adobe programs but very new to premiere pro.

When I import Sony X-OCN files (4k captured on Sony Venice) that were captured in Log, the Rec709 LUT is automatically applied.  It’s as if it was burned in during capture.  I can't find any place to pull off the LUT and see Log.  I’ve checked the effects panel and no Lumetri filters are applied.

 

This is not a problem when importing XAVC 4k files.  They show up in Log.  It's only for X-OCN.

 

I imported the files into DaVinci and can see that they were in fact recorded in Log.  So this is a Premiere issue.

 

Anyone have any answers?

I updated my premiere pro to 12.1

 

Now when I come to export h624 like all my clients want before the final ProRes, the only extension I can get is .mp4 and many clients' systems wouldn't let you upload .mp4 so you need to have the H264 video files in .MOV extension.

 

The only way I am making it work now is to export ProRes and converting to H264 with .mov in MPEG Stream.

 

Any idea how this could be fixed or is it permanent? No more support to H264 with .MOv in Premiere?

Hi, i got audio bugs during playback. Signal goes on&off randomly between channels or just playing a single track!

I tried to change prefrences, audio output/input, format...nothing happens!

Footage is from URSA Mini (prores codec- audio 48KHz 24bit)

windows 10pro

I've been having this issue on both my work computer and my home computer and my work IT team has been trying to figure out the problem for weeks. No solution yet. Every once in while (though a lot more often recently) my timeline will freeze up and then the window will disappear, but not like I removed it, like the area is just blank. If I scroll through my sequence in the program window, my timeline will reappear but without the toolbar (that's still blank) and it's completely unusable. I can't select any clips, I can't scroll through my timeline, I can't delete anything, I can't do anything. Both are pretty new PCs built specifically to run Premiere. On my work computer it did it with both 2018 and 2019, with my home computer it didn't start until I upgraded to 2019.

I Have Been Using Pr CC 2019 Ever Since It Got Released And I Faced This Issue For The Very 1st Time, Whenever I Import 1 particular Project (on which currently i am editing ) PR Crasshes immediately. Help. Evert Other Project I Open Works Perfectly But Whenevr I Open 1 Particular Project It Crashes.
