Hi,
I've been working with a client recently who has begun to trust me with a bigger workload. Most of the videos are fairly simple corporate tutorials featuring and actress speaking in front of a green screen with a few graphics and photos here and there. For the most part, I haven't had any issues, except for when I export. Some of the clips in the finished videos have this weird gray/black distortion for a second or two. Also, I created a mask through the Title menu so that the green part of the logo the actress is wearing wouldn't be keyed (I'm using Cs6), but at certain moments, the mask starts to move on its own. Is it a known fact that the ultra key effect is just glitchy for cs6? I'm almost positive all these issues are related to that.
I'm fairly new to the forums here, so below I've listed a bunch of specs. I'm not too technically savvy, but if there's something I should be listing here, let me know.
