Audio on my project (contains voiceover and music track) sound fine when played in the edit suite, or on any computer. But when the file is played through a mobile device the music is way louder and overpowers the voiceover. Is there a fix for this? Is it a mono stereo issue? I know mobile devices often have just one speaker. Thanks!

CS6: transferring markers from clip to timeline?
Hi,
working first time in full screen mode (shortcut "ü" (German version)) I accidentally added markers within a clip of the timeline and not in this timeline itself.
Is there a possibility to "transfer"/move/copy the markers into the timeline? Or only by making complicated changes in the XML code of the prproj file?

Strange Edge Pixel Repetition with SD footage
Can anyone tell me why this is happening? It's happening in both Premiere CC and CS6. It seems to happen with any SD footage I put in the timeline. The strange bit is that it disappears during playback, but appears on the rendered version.

How do I install Speech Analysis Models for PPro CC?
I downloaded the International English speech analysis model from here:
http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/premiere/extend.displayTab3.html
Which says they're for CC as well as CS6.
But when I install it, I don't get the option in CC to analyze clips using anything but US English.
The models are installed here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SpeechAnalysisModels\CS6 so I tried creating a CC model, copying the CS6 content across, and restarting Premiere. No joy. What else can I try?

AP pak programs can't read tricaster files I downloaded tricaster codect quick time player was able to playback but when i import in media encoder or AP said files has no audio or video can anyone help also what program will allow me to burn tricaster files other than AP Pack?

I can playback audio from Source Monitor but not Program. Help section did not work
I have CS5.5 with Vista and a Black Magic Intensity Pro video card. I have had trouble since installing the blackmagic. As I said I can hear audio in Source Monitor and the audio meter show there is audio. Also when I open old projects that I made prior to installing black magic i can hear audio just fine. Any suggestions?

Premiere CC extremely slow on export
I just started testing the new premiere CC as a replacement for the Pro5.5.
Most of my clips are AVCHD from the dreadful Panasonic 130 / 160 cams.
Although the new premiere works well as far as handling these clips (surely better then CS6 with the BUG) , when I try to export to mpg2 DVD … well …. Trees grow faster.
For some reason the premiere cs5.5 does it faster, way faster than the CC.
The CUDA engine is active in both cases, but has no visible effect on speed.
The computer I am using has the I7 6 cores dual threads, 32 GB memory, SSD for system disk and GTX570 for GPU… SO WHY?

Premiere CC replaces fonts without warning when converting legacy CS6 projects
I'm trying out cc on a new machine, and I plan to move from cs6 at some point. I noticed that when opening a CS6 project in CC it asks me to convert the file. Fine, I convert the file and save a version.
However when I look at the titles in the project all the missing fonts have been replaced with courrier, and there is no warning nor is there any info about the missing fonts in the title. Normally there is a little exclamation caution sign warning, but that is missing. Basicall you just have to guess what font you used, or go back to CS6 and investigate, or not use CC as far as I can tell.

Changed Video Preview "Error Compiling Movie" "Unknown Error"
Hi All,
I am running
10.8.3 OSX
2x2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
16gb 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB
AE CS6 11.0.2.11
PP CS6 6.0.2
So I have 2 dynamic link AE comps in my premiere sequence just with some blur transitions & simple animated graphics.
I was having trouble with the blur quality from AE to Premiere so adjusted my Video preview settings from,
Created a new sequence and had these settings, copied and pasted the content from the first comp,
Unrendered my dynamic link blur works (yay) but when I try to preview render my sequence I get the wonderful error "Error compiling movie. Unknown Error"
Any suggestions?
I have tried opening and closing the programs, replacing the dynamic links in the seuquence...

I signed up for the cloud and now premiere won't load videos I made during trial!
Please help me! I am so desperate. I made a bunch of videos during my trial and then signed up for the cloud. Now when I try to open any of the videos in premiere it says that the file format is not supported and a big red screen comes up with various languages on it.
Please help- so much work down the drain it feels!

problems importing .MOV files, no audio
i use a canon 60d and when i installed cs5.5 a year ago everything was fine importing .MOV files into the program. now as of late when i import i only get video but no audio. when i tried importing old files to troubleshoot the audio is there but now my files lately dont have any audio. i know the audio is there because it plays the file smoothly in iphoto. could the audio be on another channel that im not aware of? did i change a setting on my canon where it doesnt pick up audio? this doesnt make sense because as i said the audio is on there when i play the file in iphoto but not on when i import to cs 5.5. Can anyone help?

My new CC is shutting down
My new Premiere CC is shutting down just after turning it on due to a programme error. Does anyone have the same problem? Can't do anything.
I've already uninstalled and installed the software.

Problem with CC to CS6
I created a project in Premiere Pro CS6. Today when it suddenly crashed, I could only re-open it in Premiere Pro CC. Every time I try and open with CS6, it tells me that the project has been damaged and cannot be opened. Could someone please tell me what the problem might be.

Can I edit a multicam edit point similar to FCP X ?
I'm looking to see if anyone knows if there's a way to 'heal'/delete an edit point made by the multicam switching you've just done - i know in FCP X you can click on the edit point and just hit delete and restores it to the previous camera angle.
Otherwise I'm sort of 'rippling' my way down the timeline, sorta like pushing a sausage into it's casing !!! 
PS - I'm using CS6 on Mac (thanks to the CC Multicam bug !)

MP4 files have audio but not video
Using Premiere Pro CS6, I have no video when importing clips shoot with the new Canon HF G30. The clips are shoot in 1080P @ PF25 (25P). The audio is fine, but there simply is no video. Importing AVCHD clip from the same camera has no problems. Any suggestions as to how I get these clips imported with both video and sound?
