Impossible régler ce problème, je ne peux ni d'export ni de rendu sans que ce message apparaisse.
J'ai fait des rendus tout autour de cette portion, ca marche et entre 1:08 et 1:10 y a rien à faire ca veut pas. Pourtant pas d'effet et j'ai testé sans effet, ca fait la meme chose.
Quelqu'un aurai-il une idée et une solution à mon probleme? Merci beaucoup

Everytime I export an H.264 file maximum render quality and maximum depth, the Lumetri color grades are not seen in the export. I have all of the latest updates to Premiere. I know some people were having trouble with Media Encoder not holding on to the color grades (as I am also) but for me, Premiere Pro CC will not even hold the color corrections. Any Ideas?

Hello everyone. I am having a serious problem at the moment with Premiere. I am on a Mac Pro 2009, 2 x 3.46 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon, 32GB with Nvidia 980ti. Version 10.11.6.
I am getting frequent panic crashes, usually when under high load when exporting but they do occur when simply editing in the sequence and under no stress.
We have ruled out this being a hardware issue. My colleague has a very similar spec mac pro, he has taken my hard drives to try to export out the project we're working on with his machine. Having to update to the most recent Premiere version in the process, and he has been having the exact same crashes. It seems it's a Premiere issue post version 2014 or somewhere around there. He has been running an early 2014 build prior to this and never had crashes. With the update to 2017, his is now the same as mine.
I myself have been having this crashing since around late 2014 version, through every update since. Covering numerous nvidia and CUDA driver updates.
The crashes occur whether running OpenCL or CUDA and is totally random. At times it crashes 10 minutes into an export queue, other times, 6 hours.
We have a tight deadline to make for a project that has 6 hours of video, and this is making meeting that deadline impossible.
On a related note. Can I ask as to the status of the CUDA bug when running Ultra key? The problem listed above is compounded because 80% of the project has Ultra Key in use. Which when using CUDA as the GPU renderer causes the program monitor to go black and not return (Open CL doesn’t have this problem but of course is slower in playback and export). The old three-way colour corrector did the same thing. Prior to the 2017 update I was told by adobe support that the Ultra key / CUDA issue was a top priority and it would be fixed in the 2017 update. It has not been. Any status update on this problem?

I'm planning to shoot some b-roll clips and I can not decide which resolution to pick for my slow motion b-roll clip. 1080p 30fps, slow it down then use optical flow, or go with 720p 60fps and just change the frame rate. The main video is going to be a hyper lapse from images I've taken.
I've contacted Adobe support about this as we have purchased this service, and they stated it is a known issue. However, I find it boggling that this can happen and that Adobe is actually recommending using Handbrake to solve it by transcoding all files (Yes, this is actually the workflow their paid support recommends now as they haven't been able to solve this issue!). This was a problem that I never had until the 2017 release. I shot and edited an entire feature using the same camera (GH4) that Adobe is now saying isn't compatible with Premiere.
So the issue is this: When ever I import files from the GH4, the last second (down to the frame) of audio is missing, even though it plays in VLC. Has anyone else had this issue and what is a work around you use on this? I'd also love to hear from Adobe on this as it is completely unacceptable to remove support for newer cameras and screw up projects and workflows. The rep made it sound like this was a common and known issue but I've been having this problem across two different workstations for a couple months now.
After years of shooting multiple camera angles frustratingly tying to edit them together in post afterwards I'm just learning to use Premiere's multi-camera feature. Everything looks good so far, but in the middle of making camera switches I remembered that later in my project during the church service I had shot a short third angle clip on my DSLR. Is it possible to include additional videos/angles synced up with the cameras already synced in the multi-cam ? Or do I have to bite the bullet and remember going forward to include all my camera footage/angles ?

OK, I've been going to town on researching this matter all day.
Audio for film has always, traditionally, been at 48k - whilst CD's and digital music, generally, at 44.1k.
Now... YouTube used to only allow 44.1k audio on upload - as did Vimeo... Of course, they sorted this out and started to accept 48k. All fine so far.
However... whilst YouTube and Vimeo accept 48k - they apparently down sample to 44.1k for their videos. And so this brings up a very important point!!!!
I know of people (and I was about to do the same) that when editing music videos; always receive the audio master of the song, as a 44.1k file (usually 24 Bit 44.1k)... some people have been upsampling to 48k, as that what they assumed was the video standard... only to have the video service downsample to 44.1k for streaming! The point being that: two needles sample rate conversions have taken place!!!!! Resulting in poorer audio.
Is this a widely known fact? As I have found little to nothing about this online and I feel it needs making clear. For anyone editing music videos, especially.
Have I got any of this wrong - or does anyone have anything to add to this??
hi guys, just a quick question,
tommorrow im filming a dance show and am planning to edit using premieres multicam feature. I will have one continuous camera, recording the full show, alongside three additional cameras which are limited to filming in 20 minute segments. Will the audio matching of premieres multicam allow me to have one continuous camera with several other cameras cutting in and out at different points using only one sequence.

I have always used the feature of "Replace with After effects composition". I had no issue before, but now every time I open a sequence from PPCC to AACC, nothing shows on AA ( I can see the composition name/type in AA) but the timeline is empty as well as the view panel.
I have uploaded a gif image, it shows what is really going on.
PS both software are of same version and up to date.

If I load a clip into the source monitor and switch to another sequence in the timeline window,
sometimes the source monitor switches to another clip.
I don't get a rule out of it, when this happens.
Can anybody explain it to me?

Dragging and dropping effects is not working in premiere Pro. When I try to drag and drop an effect I get a hand icon with a do not pass sign. Any help would be great.
So I'm having a really strange problem, and I've googled around but haven't found ANYTHING close to my issue anywhere, so..
I have a clip - video is fine, audio is playing, everything is good!
But when the clip is cut, everything is fine BEFORE the cut, but everything is silent AFTER the cut.
It looks EXACTLY the same - the audio track is still there, it's not muted, and the audio is still fine BEFORE the cut. But for some reason there is no sound after the cut. I have NO IDEA why this is happening and am desperate for answers.

I used to use Premier Pro in win 8.1 pro without any issues.
After the Win 10 update I had to reinstall it all, and it seemed to work OK.
I got a further upgrade today and PP crashes every time I click anything, like New Sequence, or a video file already loaded via drag and drop.
There was a YouTube solution to this, only with a different Graphics card. AMD
I have a Nvidia Strix GTX650 4G memory GPU.
i7 4770K CPU.
24 G ram memory.
Back in 8.1 PP was able to use the CUDA cores to speed up encoding by about 50%.
I have "tested" other apps that can use GPU acceleration and they all seem to be working fine.
So, the issue is specifically with Adobe Premiere Pro (2017 trial).
I installed the try, incidentally, after Premier Pro 8 started crashing, thinkng that maye a newer version was Win 10 compatible.
No go though.
Hi, I have the strangest thing that is going to cost me a client if I dont fix this...
This morning I finished a video in Premiere that was saved in its proper location.
This afternoon the client called asking for one last change, so I openend Premiere and... the file wasn't in the Recently Opened filetree..
The other project are there however. Its just this one project.
I checked the folder in Windows: the file was there, but it was yesterday's version. Also me auto-save files were gone.
Does anyone have a clue what is going on? I thought it might be Windows Backup pulling a trick, but the other files on the same drive haven't changed...
I hope someone has an answer!

Recently, Instagram lets your save the video after doing a live stream. This recording plays fine in video players, but after importing into Premiere Pro there is no video, just audio. I already tried clearing/renaming my Media cache, but it seems to make no difference.

I'm editing and converting an old TV movie in PP. I have VOB files as source. The audio on VOB is fine. When imported into Premiere Pro, the video lags but it's inconsistent and making my editing job stressful and difficult. When I export, the opposite happens, the audio lags significantly.

I have tried multiple version of Premiere and Media encoder and am having an issue with them once I try and either export or encode. I get a random amount of time or percent into the encoding process or exporting and it eventually says "Adobe (premiere/media encoder) has stopped working"
The issue started occurring when I got a new video card. I got the AMD RX480 video card.
I have read a few other places that it might be the video card that causes this issue. So knowing that I have tried many things that don't involve me getting rid of my new shiny video card.
I have tried on Premiere 2015 and 2017 of these programs.
I have tried the following things solutions:
I have never had an issue with any adobe programs in the past.
But I can't seem to get past this error and it is driving me nuts!

I have created a x264 preset in Squeeze 10 on the Mac. Our VOD staff prefers to use x264 as opposed to the MainConcept h264 built into Premiere. We export snippets of video from the timeline using in and out points for Articulate Presenter and Storyline projects. When I select the x264 squeeze preset in the Export window of Premiere, it only exports from the beginning of the timeline and ignores the in point. Sorenson says the only solution is to create a new timeline, paste the snippet of video there, and export from the new timeline. I was wondering if there was a workaround for this, or if the In point is acknowledged in CC 2017? If there is no workaround, what is the best way to use x264 directly out of Premiere?
