Hi,

I have been sent some Green screen footage of a person talking.

The footage was adequately lit and shot and I can get an excellent key of the person. Unfortunately. the person speaking had some green in their tie and in the Alpha mask it shows as black dots in the tie area. There are only a few of them, but I can only remove them if I push the settings to the point where the outline of the person starts to deteriorate which I do not want to do.

I feel there should be a way to almost "paint" into the alpha mask like you can do in photoshop in white to remove the dots.

Is there a way to add to the mask?

Hi,

my gpu acceleration (opencl and metal) in PP 2019 does not work anymore on imac os sierra version 10.12.6 with radeon pro 575. it´s available in the project settings but not in the rendering settings when it comes to rendering. on PP 2018 and media encoder it stopped working,too. i tried the "opencl_supported_cards.txt" method but it does not work. can someone help?

Hi I am using Adobe premier pro cc for first time.

I was making a video using some clips, but quality of some clips was lower than other clips. so I selected "set to frame size" for those clips which were of lower quality and they were working fine in preview.

But when I exported video the lower size clips were not clear they were playing as we show them in premium pro cc application with green colour and horizontal lines across them. What should I do?

Hello everyone! I have got some serious problem which drives my crazy... i spent much time to figure it out but without sucsses:

Describtion of the problem:

I have some composition in AE and render it out into PNG sequence
When i have look in Finder into those images, they obtain its composition well but when i import it to the Premiere Pro, it is changing its color a bit.

Problem is that i see different colors in Finder preview and different in Premiere pro...

Problem #2

when i import this sequence into After effects instead than to Premiere Pro, it is Okay.

What is wrong, i have all Adobe application sync thrue colors (within Bridge) and my iMac has (iMac) color profile set up. Please give me some suggestions.

I've noticed that downgrading to Adobe Premiere 2018 works but not 2019. I work in between my Macbook Pro and my Windows Desktop. It runs perfectly fine on my Mac but this error shows up on my PC.

I've done all of the troubleshooting I can find on several websites, even Adobe's guide and nothing works. How soon until we get this issue fixed?

Specs:

i7 -7700K

16 GB Ram

GTX 1080ti

Hi guys,

today I lost about 45min of work when Premiere crashed again. Autosave interval was reset to 15min by some update it seems,
already had it set to 5min after the last crash some weeks ago. Back then I also lost much more than 15min but could recover something.
This time there is no autosave file at all.

Is this a known issue?

I'm seriously fed up with Adobes update policy of completely breaking old versions and continuously changing settings with every update.

Every update sends me searching through settings, trying to fix audio or import bugs etc.

The only information I can find online tells me to download the older version of Premier Pro CS6 with Encore. I have been working on Premier Pro CC and have finished my movie. If I uninstall Pro CC and reinstall Pro CS6, will I loose all of my work? I spent a ton of time on this movie and I don't want to loose all my work. I just want to put it on a DVD and it seems like this software is making it as hard as physically possible to do so.

after creating a gif with photoshop I use Premiere to create an mp4 out of it but Premiere leaves the last frames out.

Do you have any suggestion?

When i open premire nothing shows up. Everything works, just home screen don't show up. This is how it looks like

I tried things like windows rebooting and reinstalling premiere but it's still the same. My laptop:

HP ProBook 6570b

Windows 10 64 bit, version 1809 build 17763.194,

Intel Core i5-3210M, 4GB ram, Intel HD 4000

Oh, and one thing to mention. With Adobe Premiere 2018 it worked, but after 2019 update it's not working.

Urgently needed, and Apple have shafted us with Quicktime so the (very expensive) Media Reactor workstation option is no longer a valid one.

Seit dem Update von Premiere CC auf die Version 2019 stürzt das Schnittprogramm immer ab! Auch bei weniger komplexen Aufgaben. Es handelt sich meistens um 1080p 50fps Files mit einer Cliplänge von max. 3 Minuten ( meistens viel viel kürzer )

Kann mir da vielleicht wer helfen? Antworten auf Englisch sind auch ok!

I'm so confused by this I don't even know where to start troubleshooting it so I'm hoping some of y'all on here might be able to help me out.

I'm doing some hand-written titles for this video project. I want the lines to be wiggly so for each title I've written the title out 3 different times and exported them as 3 separate png's. I'm adding them to my timeline and cutting each png to be 4 frames, and putting them back to back for the duration of how long I want the title to be on screen. Before I render, they look exactly as I want them to, as seen below.

but after rendering...... it looks like some kind of horror film nightmare music video lol

I don't even know how to begin diagnosing what the hell is going on here so if anyone could help me out I'd DEFINITELY appreciate it. I've tried deleting all my render files and re-rendering everything- that didn't work.

as a workaround I could just export the timeline without rendering these parts, as they do look fine when not rendered, but I would still like to know what's going on here so as to avoid issues in the future.

macbook pro mid-2015, retina

macos 10.13.14

processor: 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7

graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB, Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Saving premiere cc 2019 project as cc 2018?

I may be mistaken but I thought this used to be a thing. I wanted to try the new cc 2019 for a bit (and yes I know that this is risky to use new software once it's been released). So yes I found bugs and it keeps crashing sporadically on copy and pasting a clip in a sequence and moving that said clip.

Either way I just want to save my work and go back to cc 2018 for a bit but there's not an option for this. Do I just lose my work?

Quick note it's a sound synced multi-cam sequence embedded into another so Final Cut XML will not work here.

Thoughts?

I've spent about 3 days editing a captions file in Premiere for a 60 minute film. Now the captions are complete, I've exported the captions (select in project finder>export captions etc), but when I bring them back in to project (or a new project), only 3mins 50secs of the captions have exported to the new SRT file? Anyone know what could be causing it? Adobe phone support had no idea.

On import again, the SRT only has 3'50 NOT 60'00 of captions

Hi.

I had this issue before the 2019 update and now after update it is still here.

I always need to send an example clip to customer through WhatsApp. And there is a file size limit there 65 mb. I want to lower the output file size as much as possible and don't worry about the quality.

But for some reason lowering bitrate doesn't affect on the output file size at all.

You can see my settings on the screenshot below. Please mind the estimated file size. On the second screenshot you can see the result file properties.

What am I doing wrong? Please help!

I have 60 Mts of edited video in my timeline...Now I want to export only 15 Mts from this video..I am trying for sequence Marker but I am not getting.

Previously whenever I wanted portion of video to be exported I was getting marker by pressing ALT + Bracket open and ALT + Bracket Close

somehow now this is not happening

Please guide me what I am missing...and how to get portion of the timeline video exported
