Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014.2 has stopped working
Multicam clips come in with split tracks
I cannot for the life of me figure out what's going on with my multicam work. I have two machines and I'm 99% sure that I'm doing the same thing on both, but on machine 2, I can't get multicam to work correctly.
I create my multicam clip
I "create sequence from clip" to make my multicam sequence.
I create another multicam clip and insert it into my sequence
On machine 1, everything is fine. The video clip enters the sequence as a single, green track, indicating that it's multicam. And then I can still switch back and forth between cameras.
But on machine 2, when I try and insert into my sequence it comes in as TWO separate tracks of video, and both are BLUE, rather than green. So the only way to "switch" back and forth between cameras is to hide V2 and look and V1, or vice versa.
Also, when I load the multicam clip into the source window, I automatically see the two video tracks highlighted for inserting in the sequence, like I'm presented with the option to choose whether I want V1 or V2 to edit into the sequence. On machine 1, when I load the clip, I only can do V1.
I can't export anything
Hello Everyone,
I can't export anything out of premiere pro and I don't know why. I can only export projects by creating a xml file and uploading it to a different computer with premiere pro.

Premiere Pro CC Update Failure?
Hello there,
I have just today become the proud owner of Premiere Pro CC! I tried the trial version. It worked perfectly. Now that I have bought it, it's decided to not work. Let me explain with pictures what's going on:
So, Premiere Pro needs to update. The updates won't work. Turning off McAfee's real-time scanning and firewall doesn't help. Rebooting's a bust. The Retry button's just a torturer's device because it dangles the hope of a sudden fix and always disappoints. Running Premiere Pro without the update, I can't open files that I worked on during the trial version. Premiere Pro says my current build is outdated. Why was I given an outdated version of Premiere Pro when I bought it? Shouldn't the version that downloaded be newer than the trial version? What nonsense is this?
The "Uninstall" tab disappears when I try to update. Furthermore,I have no idea what the problem is! Why does the "Learn More" button say nothing of value? What does "(49)" mean? Is it a code? The meaning of life? Or is it the robotic default answer when CC doesn't know the problem? What's the issue here? PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS ADOBE SO I CAN GIVE YOU MY DELICIOUS MONEY AND YOUR STAFF CAN CONTINUE TO EAT!
Sincerely,
A sad customer
Also, I'm on a PC made by Acer. It runs Windows 8, has an AMD Quad-Core A6-3620 APU with Radeon HD 6530D graphics, a 1TB hard drive, likes long walks on the beach, getting caught in the rain, and writes terrible poetry. Please help fix my Premiere Pro CC (2014)!
Premiere Pro CS6 doesn't import 'Date Created' data
I have researched this thoroughly in Adobe and public forums without seeing a similar discussion. I have a folder of .mts clips shot in AVCHD on a Sony HXR-MC2000. I can import or drag-and-drop clips and they come into my seq just fine -- evidently a recent update I installed addressed the problem of no audio importing with the clip, so many thanx, Adobe! But for the life of me, I cannot get the 'Date Created' info to come over with the clip. I do have that box checked in the PP6 panel, but no such data imports.
Any ideas? I'm running CS6 6.0.1 on an iMac running Mountain Lion OS X 10.8.1

When will global marker search be available?
I'm new to Premiere Pro CC and in searching around the internet I see that this feature will be in the next update. I'm working on a documentary and I could really use this feature before I start working with the editor. Does anybody know when the update is coming? Thank you!

Sound out of sync after using dynamic link from Prem Pro
I've been making some videos for a while now and I always start by editing the clips I have in Premiere Pro, getting everything set up how I want it and then using the Dynamic Link in to After Effects to add in some fancy slides etc.
However, I keep coming across the same problem time and time again. After using the dynamic link the sound just goes completely out of sync from a certain point onwards. I can never know when this happens due to not being able to watch the video file through with sound before exporting with After Effects.
The only work-around I have found is to 'export' the file from Premiere Pro and then open that in After Effects afterwards, but this just doubles my waiting time for the video to be created. So one small change on a half hour video could take 3 hours to then alter.
Has anyone come across this before and does anyone know how to fix it?
Need Help. New iMac and Premiere having major issues.
I need help and have been striking out searching traditional forums. I just got a new maxed out Retina iMac and have been having some pretty major issues. I can't seem to work for more than 10 minutes or so without Premiere crashing so hard that even after force quitting, the interface still lingers on the screen preventing me from being able to re-open or start a new project until I do a complete hard reboot. I have tried working on different projects, starting new projects, cleaning media caches, even installing and reinstalling Premiere and nothing seems to work. Has anyone dealt with anything like this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I am now behind a full 2 days and can't afford to lose much more time. I am running all the latest software, OSX 10.10.3 & Adobe Premiere CC 2014.2 release.
Premiere Pro CC 2014 won't play anything.
Today I launched up a brand new install of Premiere Pro CC 2014 (it's a trial) on a brand new iMac (3.5 GHz intel Core i7, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB) and my project that was working fine yesterday on my MacBook Air will not play anything. The footage is all DSLR H.264. My sequences won't play, my clips won't play, my merged clips won't play, my multi cam sequences won't play. You hit play and the play button changes to a stop button, but nothing happens. I tried logging in as root but it won't play there either. All the footage is sitting on an external 4TB Lacie thunderbolt drive.
Any thoughts??
Globally search markers? I can't figure it out...
Hello,
I would to search ALL my sequences for either marker names or marker comments. I cannot seem to get "search bins" to do this... markers do not seem to be in the list of available searchable metadata. I can make a "comments" column in the project panel, but that is not the same thing as the marker comments field apparently. Is there a way to search a project globally for marker info? Shouldn't marker info be considered metadata?
thanks!

Flickering footage in Premiere Pro CC 2014 but not in Premiere Pro CC 2013
Hi guys,
I've been having repeated issues with Premiere Pro CC 2014 on Windows. Basically my footage has a weird strobe/flicker when in the suite and when rendered off even although the footage looks fine, unaltered out of the camera. I rendered off the same footage in the 2013 edition of the software and there is no flicker/strobing going on. I've included one of the worst effected shots in CC 2014 and CC 2013 for comparison.I also experience graphical glitches occasionally when rendering. Please watch below:
Premiere Pro CC 2014 - strobing (300% speed, cropped 15%, RGB curve adjustment, software rendered)
Premiere Pro CC 2013 - strobing (300% speed, cropped 15%, RGB curve adjustment, software rendered)
Premiere Pro CC 2013 - no flickering - YouTube
The footage was shot on a Nikon D3200 at 1080p 25fps, aperture 3.5, shutter 1/50, ISO 400.
Editing on a
Dell Optiplex 9020
Intel i5-4570 3.2 Ghz
4 gb Ram
Intel HD Graphics 4600
Windows 7
Has anyone else experienced this issue? My suspicion is an issue with either my graphics card or insufficient RAM.
Should you render BEFORE exporting?
It's not common knowledge but, with final cut pro it's necessary to render before exporting a video or else it looks like garbage.
Is it advisable to render before exporting from Premier?
The reason I ask is because I have an issue rendering. When I choose render nothing happens (status bar says it's rendering but never moves).
I don't need to render though, as long as I can count on the export to be the highest quality.
will adobe premiere pro support windows10
the new windows 10 is coming so will adobe premiere pro support windows 10
